In addition to the Industrial Training as per the curriculum approved by the AICTE for the Hotel Management graduates, we also provide internship in the following support departments, which allows a student to experience our fun filled work culture, learn our standards at work and gain a holistic exposure to the Company operations.
The selections for students interested to undergo Industrial Training in Operations / Internship in the Support functions are made based on merit.
Please note that, we only enroll those students into Industrial Training/Internship Program wherein the training is a part of their curriculum as certified & approved by a relevant statutory body.

In order to meet our manpower requirements seamlessly, it is essential that we focus on the development of our existing talent base & create the necessary pool of team members to manage the upcoming inventory. Thus, the need to greatly focus on our Career Development Programs arises.
We run Management Training Program in the following departments:
We also have an Executive Training Program to develop skills of professionals interested to build their career in Food Production.
The curriculum for these programs is carefully designed & the applicant undergoes a rigorous training session for a span of 18 months in a phased manner.
At the term end, post an assessment, the qualified candidates graduate to become Assistant Manager in the respective departments. The students successfully completing the Executive Training Program in Food Production qualify to become Kitchen Executive.
The talent acquisition for these programs is done through campus placement drives in the Hotel Management Institutes/ Management Colleges/ Polytechnics/ Engineering Institutes providing diploma certificates in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil & Plumbing.
